The National Center for e-Learning and Distance Learning adopts a group of projects that have been begun in manipulation to transfer some of its aims to facts in reality. Definite priorities were considered in manipulating these projects, as well as to satisfy definite needs, and to contribute in presenting progressive thought about electronic learning and distance education suitable to its importance. It was considered, also, competition among university education institutions; to effectively contribute in developing this kind of education and benefit from its enormous possibilities in developing the shape and content of the education level.
